We seek to staff clients with full-time resources at roughly half the cost of hiring someone locally in the United States. The cost varies depending on the position being filled, but our quoted costs are fully burdened costs. We do not bill extra for overtime and clients are not required to provide benefits.

Clients receive a monthly invoice from Cayto Group LLC, which is a US-based limited liability company. Cayto Group provides a W-9 and invoices clients monthly based on a fixed monthly rate for each resource. The resources staffed to clients are compensated directly by Cayto Group and its affiliates.

Cayto Group offers a 14-day guarantee for all resources that are staffed to clients. If a client is unsatisfied with a resource, it can cancel the contract for the resource within the first 14 days and not be charged for the resource.

Cayto Group supplies clients with exclusive full-time accounting resources in senior, staff, and specialist (including accounts receivable and accounts payable) roles. Certain clients have promoted our senior accountants to accounting managers, but we don't seek to staff those positions initially.

Cayto Group will seek to back-fill the promoted resource, and the new resource staffed by Cayto Group can be trained, in part, by the promoted client resource.

Our professionals are between 10–14 hours ahead of the USA depending on the client's time zone and whether daylight savings is in effect. Cayto Group staff adjust working hours to have 4–5 hours of overlap during the initial onboarding and training process, and understand they will be required to take calls in the evenings to join team meetings and speak with supervisors in the United States on an ongoing basis.

We work with your company's IT department to provide Cayto Group resources with communication accounts (Slack, Skype, Teams, etc.) used by your other team members. Our resources adopt your company's IT protocols the same as if they were hired directly by your company. If your company does not have IT protocols that specifically address all of the needs of the situation, Cayto Group offers solutions at no additional cost, such as a secure file-sharing portal with multi-factor authentication and password management solutions.
